What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal and all major credit/debit cards via PayPal Guest Checkout (no PayPal account required).

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

We begin preparing orders quickly, but if you contact us within 12 hours of purchase we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. After that window, orders cannot be modified as production has already started.

Can I order multiple different products in one order?

Yes! Add any items to your cart and check out together. Standard shipping fee applies to all orders.

I placed an order but haven't received a confirmation email β€” what do I do?

Please check your spam/junk folder first. If it's not there, contact us with your PayPal payment confirmation and we'll look up your order manually.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

How long does it take to receive my order?

Processing takes 1–3 business days. Shipping takes an additional 2–14 business days depending on your location. Total estimated time: 3–17 business days.

How do I track my package?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can enter it on our Track Your Order page to see real-time updates.

My tracking hasn't updated in several days β€” is my package lost?

International tracking can sometimes pause at customs for several days. If there's been no movement for more than 21 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes β€” we ship to fans around the world. If you experience any issues checking out to your country, please contact us and we'll help.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Import duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These fees are set by your government and are the buyer's responsibility. We cannot undervalue packages or mark them as gifts on customs forms.

Are your photocards official merchandise?

No β€” all items at KpopCutie are fan-made and not officially licensed by any artist, label, or agency. We are independent fan creators. Please see our IP Disclaimer for full details.

What materials and print quality can I expect?

We use high-quality cardstock (standard photocard thickness), professional-grade printing, and gloss or matte lamination depending on the product. Holographic cards feature real foil/holographic overlay. Every batch is checked before shipping.

Do the photocards look exactly like the product photos?

We photograph our actual products, not renders. Colors may vary slightly due to monitor calibration and lighting. If you receive something that looks significantly different from the listing, please contact us with photos.

What does the "Style" selector mean on a product listing?

For group sets with individual member cards, the "Style" option lets you choose which member's card or photo variant you want. Selecting a member will also show you their specific card image.

πŸ”„ Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because our items are handmade to order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the listing, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

My order arrived damaged β€” what should I do?

We're so sorry! Please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item(s) and email them to us at support@kpopcutie.com within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund right away.

How long do refunds take to process?

Once we approve a refund, it will be returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days (PayPal is typically instant to 1 business day).

We love custom requests! Send us a message via our Contact page and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?

For orders of 20+ items, contact us directly and we can discuss pricing.Β 

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the "Discount code" field at checkout before completing payment. Codes cannot be applied retroactively.
