Order Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

United Kingdom 7–12 business days
Canada / Australia 10–14 business days
Europe 7–12 business days
Southeast Asia 5–10 business days
Other countries 10–21 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery = processing (1–3 days) + shipping (2–14 business days). Actual delivery may vary due to customs clearance, local postal conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Rates

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.

Please allow 2–5 days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We have no control over customs processing times, which can add delays beyond the estimates above.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows no movement for more than 21 days, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. We will replace or refund orders confirmed as lost. We are not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but reported missing — please check with neighbors and your local post office first.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have shipped. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the buyer's expense.
